Adding Additional Subjects to a Project

Select "Additional Subjects"
Click on the eye icon adjacent to the subject information to view the PII
Add the additional subject details and press SAVE.
Option 2
Draft a note in the messages panel on your project
Create a document containing the subjects' PII and attach it to your Project Message. This attachment will be accessible only to Customer Success, while other Project Participants will view the email content without it.

Please note: if you add the PII to the message box directly, all people on this project will receive this PII in their inboxes. Use discretion when including PII
Project Participants
To manage participants, open the Messages panel and look for the participants' preview area. Click the "+" (Add) icon to open the menu.

Add New Participants: Type the emails of the new participants and press "add"
Manage Existing Participants In the lower panel, you will find a list of all participants. Review their status (e.g., Full Participant or Email Only). You can remove participants directly from this list.

Please note: If a participant is listed by their email address (e.g., mark@email.com), they are not a registered Platform User. They will receive project updates via email only.
Report Delivery
When your report is ready, designated project participants will receive an email with a link to the project being delivered. There are multiple ways to digest report data based on your need: For a summarized view: Findings Summary For a comprehensive, dynamic digital format: Interactive Report. For a file export: Download PDF
1. Findings Summary
From the overview tab, you can quickly review all high, moderate, and informational findings for all subjects across the project with the "By Subject" or "By risk" view on the overview tab.

2. Interactive Report
Interactive Reports transforms traditional PDF deliverables into a rich digital format where clients can filter findings by risk level, see transparent proof of work with audit trails, and quickly access documents associated with findings. Navigate to the Interactive Reports page for a deeper dive into this new functionality.

3. Download PDF Report
From the overview tab, you can also quickly download any subject's reports that have been delivered.

Report Files
If you would like to see all of your files related to this project, you can navigate to Report Files instead to filter, sort, and select the files to download.

Findings Matrix
The Findings Matrix allows for a quick glance at findings by section across subjects and jurisdictions in a table-like grid view.
The Findings Matrix is available with certain report scopes. When available, the Findings Matrix will appear next to the Overview tab.
Navigating the Findings Matrix
When collapsed (the default view), the matrix displays subjects with findings by findings type. Although there may be multiple findings per subject and section, we will display the icon indicating the highest severity of finding.

To expand, click on any row, or select the "Expand all" button to open all rows simultaneously.
When expanded, you have quick visibility into which jurisdictions had findings uncovered. Similarly, this expanded view represents the highest severity finding by section in each jurisdiction.

Clicking into a findings flag/icon on any subject's jurisdiction will pop open a window displaying all of the findings per that Jurisdiction and section type in order of severity. From here, you're able to see a summary of the findings details, as well as jump right to that first finding in the interactive report by clicking "Interactive Report" on this window.

Lastly, the Findings Matrix can be exported into an .xlsx file with the "Export" button in the top right of the matrix.

Invoices
You can access project invoices in two ways:
Project-Specific Invoices: Find invoices related to the current project by selecting the Invoices tab at the top of the page.
All Invoices: To view all invoices across all projects, select Invoices from the left-hand navigation menu.
In both views, you can easily track invoice status and distinguish between paid and outstanding items.
