Project Statuses

Reviewing the Status of a Project

You can monitor the progress of your project in a couple of different ways.

Home Page Widget

Upon logging into the platform, the In-Progress widget will automatically display only if you have active, ongoing investigations.

This widget allows you to:

  • Toggle between multiple investigations if available.

  • See your current status within the investigation timeline.

  • Identify immediate action items or blockers requiring your attention for any subject.

  • Quickly access any active investigation by simply clicking the project widget.

Project Level Status

You see your status of your entire project, both from the project page itself, as well as your list of historical projects within "Background Checks" Your project can have the following statuses:

  • Processing:

  • In Progress

  • Complete

  • Waiting on Information

  • On Hold

  • Cancelled

Subject Level Status

You can see more granular statuses and alerts on your individual subjects. Which can be:

  • Processing

  • Waiting on Information

  • In Progress

  • Preliminary Report Complete

  • Report Completed - Pending Records

  • On Hold

  • Cancelled

Findings When Project is still In Progress

While the overall project is marked "In Progress," you may sometimes be able to view results for individual subjects that have completed their screenings.

This typically means that some records are still pending or a preliminary report has been made available for review.

Accessing Findings:

  • Look for the banner at the top of the Project Area that reads: "Findings are available to review."

  • Click on the individual subjects to immediately view the results that have been processed so far.

🔔 Project and Subject Alerts

You may find various indicator icons at the project or subject level that inform you about the current status. Hover over any of these indicators to read more details about the specific status or blocker.

Status Indicators:

  • Yellow Warning Sign: This indicates that research is currently underway (e.g., onsite research is happening). Your report may not be stalled, but data is still being gathered.

  • Red Warning Sign: This signifies a critical blocker. Vcheck requires information from you to proceed, and the subject's screening cannot move forward until you supply us with the requested details.
