Duplicate Request Prevention

The system automatically flags and blocks duplicate ID Verification requests to ensure data integrity.

If a duplicate is detected:

  1. The system will notify you that the request already exists.

  2. Action: You must delete the line to remove the blocked duplicate submission.

  3. To Resend: Use the dedicated Resend functionality for existing subjects instead of submitting a new request.
